Achtung baby!

We completed the uk tour; beat the final boss; collected all the chaos emeralds and there's a load of japanese software developers names running over a montage of our tour. Our best tour ever. More fun than a sack full of jenna jameson at the kleenex factory. Save your breath and this city rinsed the holy hell out of us on the last day. Grown, bare chested (in some cases bare-everythinged) men invaded our stage, decorated artfully in cardboard beer boxes and armed to the teeth with the fodder of our food rider. I took a fatal blow of hummus to the face like I was some doomed, singing pitta bread fuck. Good times. Thanks to everyone who came to the shows and made them as amazing and memorable as they were in every town. We love you and owe you!

We are en route to the autobahn and the promise of no no, no no no no speed limit... although there's no chance in hell that this chariot of rock will exceed 20mph, what with our cavalier approach to tour luggage moderation. Our top gear special will have to wait. We're rolling like 100 suitcases deep up in this bitch. The titanic sank cause it drove into an iceberg, the stenna line service to calais is gonna sink because I couldn't decide which shoes I liked best.

Our first stop is cologne. I presume it smells something like debenhams but has less middle aged women dressed as orange clowns, posing as wags circa 1985, trying to convince me to part £30 for some new aquamarine eye shadow, so that my sister or girlfriend or mother can turn tricks more efficiently come christmas. Apparently there's a nice cathedral, which I'll be sure to check out. Love a good building, I do.

I'm pretty excited about our maiden voyage to europe. I've packed half a pharmacy in my bag to fend off any further illness that intends on invading my head in the next 4 weeks. I'm kind of the hunter s. Thompson of legal flu regalia. He did acid and ether and I'm doing lemsip and vicks. I'm so badass.

This is the first halloween in 3 years that we haven't played a show or generally celebrated all hallow's eve. In light of this, we're committing to a veritable horror movie marathon in our silver steed of style, as we cruise to deutchland. 28 weeks later is on at the moment. So far, so fucking awful. Genuine fear for my eyeballs with all this flashing and new age editing. Horseshit. Hopefully the next choice is a little more entertaining. Phil brought casper AND hocus pocus, so there's hope yet. Christina ricci falling in love with a cartoony, fat headed ghost? Yes, please.

I think that's enough for one update. We'll be heading out to some rock club in koln tonight to celebrate our arrival in germany so I will inform you of any precarious tales of hilarity, misunderstanding and ignorance tomorrow. Wish us luck.
